Tips for : (Wet-Lining) Place a small amount of powder into a lid or swirl bowl. Using a moistened liner brush (Like aloe Vera juice but water is fine), dip the tip into loose powder. Using your lid or the back of your hand, mix the powder and liquid together to create a smooth consistency. Working swiftly, carefully apply to upper and/or lower lids starting as close to the lashes as possible. Don’t line the inter area of the eye it can cause irritation!
